The main strip by the shore that stays busy mostly between the months of May and September. Here you can find your major hotel chains, beach shops, boardwalk, and the actual beach.

It's like a YMCA, in a way. It's for students, staff, and civilians to meet up to hang out at the pool, arcade, lounge, gym, and more.
