sophomore year, spring break. a group of friends went to orlando, florida for the week and hit every theme park and spent the last day in a club. best week ever.

senior year of high school, younger brother was killed in a car accident after a party. ever since hasn't been much of a party person and never drank underage.

TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF!
Hey. I’m Mina. I’m 24 years old and I’m a fifth year dance student at Terrace U. I’m going for my masters in Fine Arts degree, so I have another year and a half in this place.

I’m probably one of the nicest people you’ll meet in the area. I love to dance; it’s my passion. I was on the cheer squad in high school, which was the closest to a dance team I got. I got accepted to TU and immediate majored in Dance. I have a double minor in Film and Music. I love the sing, but no solos for me. I have stage fright and can’t seem to get words to come out of my mouth. I would much prefer to show people what I can do through my dancing.

I’m a classical and modern dancer. I know how to do the Waltz, Salsa, all those dances. My main interest is modern dance. Anything with a good dance beat, and I can come up with a dance routine in a hour, two max. My goal is to be a choreographer for the future dance movies in the film industry, thus my film minor.

I’m quiet, friendly, and can be a little shy when meeting new people. Once I get to know a person I never shut up. So be warned. I’m always respectful toward my fellow person and elders, I have a huge caring heart, and I have an incredible sense of humor. I love jokes and pranking as much as the next person. I’m a hopeless romantic and believe in love at first sight. I love kids, and hope to have a family as big and loving as my own one day. Anything else you want to know, don’t be afraid to ask!

Mina Allison Bubley was born on the first day of summer (June 21st) in 1988. She was the middle child of three, and the only girl. Her older brother Samuel was four years younger at the time. A year later, her younger brother Joshua was born.

Growing up, Mina was a very hyperactive child once somebody got to know her. She was shy around strangers, but soon after she warmed up to them was set on becoming everybody’s best friend. Her bubbly personality and the fact that her last name was Bubley gave her the nickname “Bubbles,” which only close friends and family members can get away calling her.

Despite having two brothers growing up, Mina didn’t become a tomboy. She immersed herself into a world with pink and purple things and loved music. At age 8, Mina discovered her favorite thing in the world: dancing.

Mina’s parents made sure their children grew up with only the best. While her older brother focused on music, Mina’s parents put her in dance classes and had her joining dance squads and gymnastics. Once in high school, Mina joined cheerleading, which was the closest she came to an actual dance team academically in her four years.

Tragedy struck Mina’s family during her first month of high school senior year. Joshua had gone to a back to school party that Mina had declined going to, and was hit headfirst on his way home after a fellow student left the party drunk. Since then, Mina swore off underage drinking and parties since.

Once Mina graduated high school, he was accepted into the dance program at Terrace University. She entered her freshman year with confidence, and it showed in each of her performances. She loves hanging out with all of her friends and prides herself in being an Honors student. She rarely gets into trouble and is one of the best Master’s programs in the state. She hopes to graduate and get into her career as soon as possible.
